  • What is the difference between a gift card and a voucher?
     A gift card  is a well-defined service (one night with two breakfasts, for example), while a voucher is a monetary value to be spent in an establishment. Our Marketplace / Marketplace solution allows you to group the gift offers of your establishments in a single store (gift cards and  vouchers). If you want to market gift cards that can be used in all the establishments of your group, consult our Network Gift Card solution.
  • Am I free to define the terms of use?

    Yes, our solution adapts to your commercial policy. You can take a commission (or not) on all sales made on the marketplace. If you take a commission, it will be taken automatically on each sale. The amount of the sale with your commission deducted will be automatically transferred to the establishment.


    It is the establishments that create their offers: they are free to define the services, the price, the period of validity, the conditions of use, etc. The establishments' offers are automatically uploaded to the market place, but it is possible to choose their display.

  • How to manage daily sales?
    Each establishment manages its daily offers and sales in its own management space. If you take a commission, it will be taken automatically on each sale. The amount of the sale less your commission will be transferred automatically at the establishment.
  • What is the implementation time?
    We make sure to be as responsive as possible. Upon receipt of all the necessary documents, your shop can be ready in 1 week!
  • Do we have access to a management interface?
    Yes, a management interface allows you to manage your offers and your sales independently, whenever you want.
  • Is the payment solution included?
    A secure payment solution by credit card is included. When creating your store, our teams take care of everything. Every week, you will receive the amount of sales from the past week in your bank account.
