How it works for the network ?
- 1 The network head creates a gift box (example: Romantic Weekend for €200).
- 2 The partner establishments create their offers (example: hotel A includes one night with dinner while hotel B includes one night and two massages).
- 3 The offers created are sent to the marketplace for validation.
- 4 The validated offers are added to the box. If the offer is rejected, the establishment is automatically notified so that it can make corrections.
- 5 Then, the box containing the establishments' offers is put on sale on the network's online store, made available by MyBeezBox.

How to manage daily sales?From your dedicated management space, you will find all the sales. You have the possibility to modify the validity and the status of a gift box, the name of the buyer or the beneficiary, the personalized message. When a gift box is used, the name of the beneficiary establishment is indicated. You can manage payment sharing for locations. On a daily basis, establishments can independently check the validity of a network gift box and modify the status and the amount used.

Am I free to define the terms of use?Yes, our solution adapts to the commercial policy of your group. You are free to define the amount of commission you apply on sales. For the configuration of the gift boxes, you define the amount, the theme and the period of validity (for example romantic weekend for 200 €, valid for 1 year). Each establishment offers an offer valid with this box and defines its conditions of use (Hotel A: one night with dinner, outside August for example).

What is the difference between a gift card and a voucher?A gift box is a service (one night with two breakfasts, for example), while a gift card is a monetary value to be spent in your establishment.
